Before you start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. From My account you open the billing portal and cancel in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Why does Pro cost the same per month as Basic?
Pro is paid once every 12 months: US$60, which is US$5 per month. Basic is paid month to month. If you will use the studio for several months, Pro gives you 4K, GIF and layered posters for the same monthly amount.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get 3 days of limited access, with PNGs up to 1024 px. Your projects stay on your device even if the payment fails.
Are there refunds?
The policy is under review. Read Refunds before paying. A full refund suspends access for the refunded period.
Can I use the renders in a commercial project?
You need rights to the skins, fonts, models and assets you use. Minecraft assets have their own terms from their owners.
Where are my projects stored?
In your browser and in the .mcrs.json files you download. The server only keeps your account, billing status and permissions.
What do I need?
A current browser with WebGL 2. Desktop Edge or Chrome work best. 4K exports use more video memory.
Is this an official Minecraft product?
No. Minecraft Render Studio is an independent product, not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
