Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. From My account you open the billing portal and cancel in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Why does Pro cost the same per month as Basic?
Pro is paid once every 12 months: US$60, which is US$5 per month. Basic is paid month to month. If you will use the studio for several months, Pro gives you 4K, GIF and layered posters for the same monthly amount.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get 3 days of limited access, with PNGs up to 1024 px. Your projects stay on your device even if the payment fails.
